The Efik Clans
Esien Efik Duopeba — the twelve ancestral clans of the Efik, under the Obong of Calabar. Each plate names one clan, drawn in survey-plate style: Iboku and its four towns, Obutong, Adiabo, Mbiabo, Enwang, Usukakpa, Abayen, Eniong, Itu, Ito, Ukwa and Eki.
